Kelly was very friendly. We had a language barrier as I don't speak Portuguese and Kelly doesn't speak English, but we understood each other through gestures. The cut was fine, I liked it. The brushing was ok but I prefer curls. Probably the language barrier caused misunderstanding. However, the colour, once I got a closer look at home, wasn't done well. I still have some white hair and the colour isn't homogenous
