I came in with very thin nails from previous gel and shellac use and asked for gentle removal with acetone instead of filing. The process wasn’t followed properly, and I had to step in several times. It took much longer than expected, and my nails were handled roughly. The manager eventually took over and improved the result, but the overall care wasn’t what I had hoped for given my sensitive nails.
