I initially wanted a massage again from Paula who was absolutely fabulous, but there wasn't availability that day so I took a reiki session with Luis (because reiki with Paula was incredible). And IM SO GLAD I DID. I was literally depressed when I showed up and I left feeling much lighter and very happy, and extremely grateful. Luis and Paula are literally magicians and the work they do is so incredibly important in this over-medicated society. Highly recommend. Coming back.

Outstanding experience with Paula and her husband when visiting Viseu last week. I genuinely felt like I had made new friends by the time I left them. I felt amazing during and after the reiki with Paula, and the massage next was out of this world. She worked so hard and really tried to get out every little knot. She was extremely caring, knowledgeable - using all different kind of massage techniques. She started off with light pressure but I only had to ask her once to put more pressure.
