I only speak English. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were communicating effectively about the appointment and what I wanted for my hair cut. Very considerate and great attention to detail. She really took her time - if you are in a rush it probably isn’t the right place for you but if you have the time to dedicate it is a really nice experience. Water and biscuits at the beginning were a great touch!
