People are more busy with themselves than being friendly to the client. No real conversation, no friendlyness, staff sit on plastic stools almost on the floor - cheap buckets for the foot bath, not clean (didn't clean from the client before)
The treatment my friend received was not a medical pedicure and took 1,05hr instead of 1,5 - they wanted to charge 15€ extra for the color. Nobody informed us before. My friend is 87 year old and was looking forward to the treatment - after she was upset about the service all afternoon - you just don't do this if you have any manners...
I was there before for a facial and the girl was chewing bubble gum all the time and on the phone during giving treatment... It's just a really unprofessional vibe there
