I've been going to Una Beauty for a around 5 years when we visit Cascais on our summer holidays. Unfortunately, the nail technician that attended to me before, left and Barbara, the technician assigned to me is good, but unfortunately a bit rough on my nails. My nails burned when she used the drill to remove the gel. I asked her to turn the machine down, but she told me that it was on the lowest setting. This is unacceptable, as the pain is too much. She is also not careful when removing skin around the cuticles. Re the gel removal and re-application on my feet - not the best and I had to ask the technician to apply another coat, as the color did not look good. Monica, the lash technician, is a lovely, friendly lady and did a good job. I would have liked fuller lashes, as per my request, but my lashes look good and should last until my second appointment. Adriana, the owner, is a lovely person and a pleasure to deal with.
