As an American visiting Portugal, I assumed I would get treatment that I'm used to in the states - being rushed and pressured into additional services. At WN, I received the service I requested. The nail technicians took care of my hands and feet gently. If you are worried about the language barrier, it's not a problem. I used Google translate to communicate with the woman who did my manicure. The woman who did my pedicure spoke English. Employees are very nice and I highly recommend.
