I am a little disappointed. It was not the experience that I was looking for. I told her about a previous experience last week that I was left with bleeding skin and ugly nails, she then decided to cut my skin and also made me bleed. She discussed me with her colleague in Portuguese and assumed that I couldn't understand what she was saying. I think this is extremely unprofessional. I felt like she was a bit cold towards me. I am very sad as I am in desperate need of finding a place to do my nails every second week. I wasn’t offered a follow up appointment as I wanted to make an appointment for my feet as well. But I don’t think I will be back.
