Alice is a qualified nurse and is trained in various therapies including acupuncture. Her knowledge is therefore considerable. I have a number of health issues - particularly the deterioration of my spine, so I have been warned about the danger of massage. After my treatment I felt relaxed and my back felt very comfortable.

Alice combines her skill and experience as a nurse with an empathetic and confident therapist. Her treatment of my shoulders and understanding of the muscle complexities was impressive. The impact was noticeable almost immediately and the pain and tension has disappeared after just one treatment.
She is incredibly positive and personable and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to others.

I found the massage by Alice very calming and soothing.She had the right balance of pressure and flowing movements on my sore neck that left it feeling relaxed.Brilliant experience would recommend her.

I had an amazing massage by Alice. Her calm and reassuring nature meant I was able to relax while she was able to find the problem areas and work the knots out. A great service and great value, highly recommended.

Lymphatic drainage massage with Alice was wonderful. She's very knowledgeable, intuitive, professional and friendly as well as having great massage skills and technique. I couldn't ask for more except to live in the same country! Thank you Alice - I've had lots of massage in my long life and yours is right up there with the very best. The service was provided in the Laya Yoga space in Parede - very calm, clean and serene.
