I normally love coming to your salon and everyone who works there is really great!
However, this last experience was really disappointing. I asked for a white gel manicure and was given a pink/transparent manicure. I repeatedly checked in saying I wanted white and pointed to the color I was hoping for. However she just ignored me and did not address that it wasn't white when I finished.
I also got home and noticed that a hair was painted into my gel manicure on one of my nails.... And another one of the nails just came off.
While I really love the staff, I am super frustrated that I paid to have a manicure done poorly and in the wrong color.
